Step 1: Wood Selection
Everything starts with the right raw material. Gendoras wooden dildos are made from three woods:
Olive wood: Warm, lively grain with gold and brown tones. The hardest and densest of the three.
Walnut: Dark, noble coloring with fine patterns and a timeless look.
Padauk: Intense reddish-brown with an exotic character. Hard and dense, clearly harder than walnut.
Step 2: Shaping & Sanding
Next, the wood is brought into the ergonomic Eleganza Natur shape: 22 cm long and 4 cm across at its widest point.
Then comes sanding, in several passes with ever finer grit, until the surface is smooth and even. This step matters a lot for how pleasant the dildo feels in use.
Step 3: Sealing
After sanding, every dildo is sealed with a lacquer tested to DIN EN 71-3. DIN EN 71-3 belongs to the European toy safety standards and limits how much of certain elements, such as lead, may migrate out of a material. The lacquer closes the surface and protects the wood from moisture.
