Our Warranty
All Gendoras products come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This covers material and manufacturing defects.
What's Covered?
Material defects (e.g. cracks in silicone, lacquer peeling on wood products), manufacturing flaws that occur during normal use, and incorrect colors or incomplete deliveries.
What's Not Covered?
Damage from improper use (e.g. using silicone lubricant with silicone products), normal wear from intensive use, and damage from improper storage or care.
Claiming Your Warranty
Email us at info@gendoras.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll respond within 24 hours with a solution – usually a free replacement or refund.
