The beginning

The idea

The idea for the Gendoras dildos was created during a social evening with friends. The topic sex toys came up and by chance a bottle cast a familiar shadow which sparked the idea of a wooden dildo. After some research it was clear that the idea was not new but that did not stop me from developing it further.

The challenges

However, implementing the idea was not as easy as I originally thought. As a craftsman, I had to rely on my skills and use my talent for improvisation. At first, I had no experience with epoxy resin and its processing, which led to some failed experiments. But being a stubborn person, I didn't give up so easily - the path to the perfect product takes time.

The manufacturing process

The creation of pure wooden dildos

Reine wooden dildos are made from high-quality olive wood, walnut and padouk. The process begins with checking the wood for quality. Only the best is processed and turned into the shape of a dildo. A vibration module is optionally installed and the surface is carefully sanded to achieve a smooth finish.

The production of wooden epoxy resin dildos

Similar to pure wooden dildos, high-quality wood is also used for wooden epoxy resin dildos. The wood is placed in a mold, the epoxy resin is mixed in the desired color and poured into the mold. After hardening, the blank is turned into the desired shape.

For pure epoxy resin dildos, the epoxy resin is mixed in the desired color and poured into the mold. After hardening, the blank is turned into the desired shape.

The production of silicone dildos

silicone dildos are made by mixing two silicone components. The hardness of the silicone is determined by one of the components. The finished mix is poured into the self-made mold and released after hardening.

Over time, all manufacturing processes as well as the shape of the dildos and their use have been optimized. This ranges from purchasing the premium wood to the satisfied tester.
